Outloading for truck bay

Shaftless Spiral Conveyor System, Sliding Frame Outloading and round Silo panel construction

This dewatered sewage sludge project features a bolted construction cylindrical silo atop an elevated sliding frame outloading system which feeds a high capacity drive through truck bay with a net volume of 120m3/160yd3

The 5m/16ft D x 6m/20ft H silo is top filled by a SPIRAC spiral conveyor train including a 25m/80ft long x 30 degree incline conveyor.  The silo includes a fusion bonded powder coat paint finish, with plastic capped and epoxy sealed bolting system.
